Located 20 minutes south of Bergerac 5 minutes of the D993 on the outskirts 3km from the lively Bastide Town of Eymet. It is convienantly placed to explore the South western area of the Dordogne with the Historic towns off St Foy La Grande and Duras within easy reach to the West and Bergerac and Sarlat to the east. Set in pleasant farmland and vineyards affording a magnificent view over the rolling countryside. The ideal location to relax and soak up the sun beside the pool or visit the local lively day and night markets of this area of France.

Accommodation comprises of two twin bedded rooms one with en-suite shower room and one double bedded room, family shower room, lounge / kitchen and dining area. There are two patios so sun or shade can be enjoyed all day. The kitchen is equipped with microwave, fridge, Full electric cooker and all the usual utensils. There is a chest freezer and washing machine in the utility room at the rear.
