There are three properties converted from the farm buildings: the farmhouse, La Ferme, which accommodates up to ten people; and the converted barn adjoining which contains La Grange and La Petite Maison for up to six and four people respectively. All three properties open onto the courtyard which is pleasantly scented by honeysuckle and a Catalpa tree during the summer. Cappe is situated on the D18 Ste. Foy La Grande - Eymet route, about 1km southeast of the village of Coutures on the right hand side travelling towards Eymet.

The superb filtered swimming pool has underwater lights, so you can take that midnight swim you’ve always promised yourself! It’s larger than most private pools so you can actually string a few strokes together before hitting the other side. The pool is surrounded by paved terraces where you can gently bake.

There’s plenty of more active leisure pursuits available, too. Nearby there are two lakeside leisure centres at Pomport and St.Sernin near Duras. Both have large waterslides, pedallos etc. Between them they offer a variety of outdoor activities including tennis and loads of other sports/pursuits.

There are several horse/pony riding centres in the area, canoeing down the Dordogne and golf courses.

On the other hand you can just soak up the sun in the courtyard or by the pool!
